Instructions for returns and exchanges

 

When accepting returns and exchanges from consumers, the return and exchange guarantee period is seven days. If this period is exceeded, it will be deemed that the acceptance has been completed and no returns or exchanges will be allowed.

 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the packaging or accessories are damaged or lost.

 

If you want to return or exchange goods, be sure to contact us within the time limit to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes.

 

If the product needs to be exchanged for reasons other than defects or deterioration, the consumer must bear the return shipping costs.

If the product is defective during transportation, please notify the seller as soon as possible after receiving the product, and please send the defective product back. The seller will quickly send out a new and intact product after receiving and confirming the defective product.

 

How to apply for return or exchange

 

1. Returns and exchanges due to personal reasons: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, send an email to the after-sales service center without affecting secondary sales. The after-sales customer service will respond within 1-3 working days after receiving the email. Your request will be accepted within a day, and the shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by you.

2. Returns and exchanges due to quality reasons: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, send an email to the after-sales service center at service@najffy.com. The customer service will accept your request within 1-3 working days after receiving the email. If requested, we will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

 

3. Regarding returns: Please contact the courier company directly within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After the courier company receives the goods, the courier company will notify us of refund-related matters, and our company will complete the refund process in accordance with relevant matters.

 

When returning or exchanging goods, please indicate: order number, name, phone number, and obtain the return and exchange address from the 24-hour online customer service.

 

 

 

How to cancel an order

 

 

 

To cancel an order, you need to send an email to the after-sales service center and indicate the relevant reasons. The email content should indicate your order number, name, and phone number.
